Pursuant to the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (the “Act”), Jewelryusshop is committed to eradicating slavery and human trafficking from our supply chain for our charms, bracelets, rings, necklaces, and earrings. This statement discloses our efforts to address these issues and ensure ethical practices throughout our sourcing and production processes.
We oppose all forms of slavery, human trafficking, and forced labor, and conduct our business in accordance with ethical principles and applicable laws worldwide. We have established a supplier code of conduct aligned with international human rights standards, outlining our expectations for suppliers to uphold fair labor practices and prohibit any form of forced labor or human trafficking.
Verification: We evaluate potential suppliers’ business operations and sourcing practices prior to establishing partnerships, assessing risks of modern slavery and human trafficking. We require suppliers to sign and adhere to our supplier code of conduct as a condition of doing business with us.
Audits: We conduct risk-based assessments of selected suppliers, including third-party audits where appropriate, to monitor compliance with our code of conduct and applicable anti-slavery laws. Suppliers identified as higher risk through our assessment process are subject to more frequent audits.
Certification: Our suppliers certify that they comply with all applicable laws governing labor practices, including those prohibiting slavery and human trafficking, in the countries where they operate.
Internal Accountability & Training: Our employees involved in supply chain management are trained on our anti-slavery policies and standards. We maintain internal accountability measures to ensure compliance, and reserve the right to terminate relationships with suppliers that fail to meet our ethical requirements.
We are continuously working to improve our supply chain transparency and anti-slavery efforts. For questions or feedback regarding this statement, please contact us at
